Can I dry hire equipment for a Halloween event?

Yes. You can dry hire sound, DJ equipment, lighting, LED screens or staging, subject to the event specification. We also offer managed production with delivery, installation and technicians. Some laser setups require an operator.

Which areas do you cover for Halloween hire?

We normally cover venues within a 90-minute drive of Reading, including much of Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Hampshire and West London. Send the venue postcode and we will confirm coverage.

How far in advance should I book for a Halloween event?

We recommend booking at least two weeks before your event. Same-week production may still be available depending on the equipment, DJs and technicians required.

What size Halloween events can you support?

We support private parties and venue events from around 100 guests, as well as corporate, university and outdoor productions for 1,500+ attendees. The venue layout and programme matter as much as the headline guest number.

Can you supply DJs as well as equipment?

Yes. We can supply professional DJs as well as club-standard DJ equipment. If you already have a DJ, send their technical rider so we can prepare the correct setup.

Do you provide lighting effects for Halloween themes?

Yes. We supply uplighting, moving lights, lasers and LED screens for Halloween events. The final design depends on the venue, audience layout, sightlines and any venue restrictions.
